My ET.CYCLE T1000 arrived on Nov 2nd 2022 and I have since installed a KT Controller and Display.
I was posting in other threads because there was no Etcycle forum at the time.
Here's a few links to my other posts,..
I thought that I'd start a new thread and carry on here.
It was almost two months ago when I got my controller/display hooked up and working, but it took me two months to finally install it.
I didn't know exactly how I was going to mount everything then finally decided to delete the PAS sensor and light output to simplify things and just get it done.
I didn't take any pictures of the process but here's a couple of what it looks like now.
One of my biggest concerns was what to do with the extra 1-2 feet of the 1 to 5 cable from the controller to the handlebars.
I was thinking about coiling it up under the kickstand mounting plate but I thought that was a bad spot for it, so I ended up wrapping it around the steering column and attaching it with pieces of the big zip ties that I used to attach the controller to the frame.
That worked out nicely and doesn't look too bad.
