Motor not engaging on Turbo 2.0

Purchased a turbo 2.0 last October and pedal assist does not always work. I turn it on, start my ride and sometimes have to stop to turn it battery off, wait, turn on again to get it to engage. Have taken it once to my LBS and they updated everything. Taking it back again this weekend. Any feedback? It is quite depressing to be riding along and wanting the pedal assist on the uphill and there is none.

I had a similar issue and replacing the speed sensor fixed it.
Just a possibility.

Thanks for that. Just need to think of others things I can inquire about if my LBS says it is all good when it is not.
