Motor identification help

I have this motor but know nothing about it other than is will run on 12 volts.
I need everything else to make it a kit.
Any help to figure out voltage, watts etc. Will help

It's a Currie motor. Does it only have two wires? Well, it must if you ran it on 12V. That would make it a brushed DC motor. You would look for a brushed DC controller if you wanted to vary the speed. It should run on 24V.

People use motors like this in these kits for bikes. Might be cheaper to buy the kit unless you can fabricate metal pieces.

Great. Look for a brushed 24V controller scooter kit on ebay or aliexpress. This one has inputs for throttle and brake lever cutoff switch.
