Moderators: Advertising Allowed?

I just ran into a video review posted in one of the forums, but the last section is all promotion about this guy's get-rich-quick scheme/business. Is that allowed? I could not find specific rules. In other forums I use, this would be a real no-no. His review is actually quite worthwhile though, once you get past all the talk about how great he is and how this wonderful "opportunity" could be yours for only $100... Not posting the link to the post yet. Don't want to offend the author, especially if this kind of post IS kosher. Thanks, Aunt Bee
