Looking forward to using my new 2020 Riese & Muller Tinker

Just joined the Forum after picking up my brand new matt black Tinker on Thursday from the Electric Transport Shop in York, UK.
I am very pleased with it and would welcome any recommendations re: getting the most out of it from other members. Presently getting used to using the eMTB mode - mine is 2020 model so has the previous Gen 2 CX Performance Line Bosch Motor - the shop had updated the software to the latest possible for this motor. Was in 2 minds whether to wait for a 2021 model with a less powerful, but lighter Gen 3 motor, but a generous discount sealed the deal, so very pleased indeed! It's completely standard spec so no suspension saddle post.

Congratulations - thats a lovely, very tidy looking bike! Is that a gates belt I can see peeking out there? Is the gearing a rolhoff hub?

Hi Ras and many thanks. Yes it has the Gates CDX Belt drive and Enviolo 380 CVT hub which I'm still getting used to, but seems to work well with the eMTB mode.

Good luck with it - sounds great. I've never used a hub gear & am curious to try one. But love the weather proofing & low maintenance, makes complete sense especially in rainy UK.
