Looking for sugguestions on instructional video's for Initial bike setup and 1st few weeks of maintenance

I only recently started riding again after a VERY long break. So my recollection of what I need to do for bike upkeep is rusty - and I never "assembled" a bike before.

Luckily there are a LOT of video's on youtube about bike maintenance and even a few on new bike setup.

I have found this Polish guys' channel interesting especially his:

I was wondering if anyone else would be willing to share their best links that helped them when they first got their Bike-in-a-Box

Also did you assemble on the ground or did to spring for a bike stand?

My first thought is that "assemble" itself is a strong word here. It's almost fully assembled upon arrival. Front tire, fender, pedals, and the light are all I recall having to install. Stand would be overkill. Juiced has a couple of videos of their own if you hit any snags. Don't stress too much about it. Ask here if you get really stuck.
