looking for recommendations for my aventon sinch step thru tires

Hello and good afternoon, I have 20x4" tires and during the summer they work just fine. However, they don't work well where I live during the fall/winter time due to extremely wet weather. Any recommendations tire-wise for someone who still needs to use it during these trying times. I am a heavier rider (213# and 6'3") and even at low speeds down hills my back tire fishtails and am looking for a tire to help with that. Any recommendations?
