Lectric xp faulty bike

so i ordered my bike on may 23 2020 for june pre orders i received my bike july 8th i rode it 4 days and i had trouble with my throttle not working. I called the company and spoke to christian who i might add is a wonderful person and very patient.i told hime my display was not turning on at all. He spoke to the head technician and was told it may be the battery. So they sent me a new one took 7 days to receive. I got it and tryed and still nothing i called back spoke to christian and he said it may be the power block so they sent me a new on 2 day fed ex shipping which i had got today july 16 2020 i changed it followed the video on how to change it and nothing display still not turning on. I called back and there going to send me a box to ship the bike back and honestly fed ex isnt near my house i live in nyc so it would be difficult to physically send the bike back manually. So christian spoke to a supervisor who said they would send me a brand new bike and for me to put the old one in the same box and they would have fed ex come pick up at my house which i really appreciate the way they handled the situation kudos to lectric company for rectifying the situation so i would not have to exert any more energy on this matter. And to say for the 4 days i rode it this bike is amazing best 899 i ever spent
Love the handling the ride is smoothing i recommend this bike to anyone who is looking for a ebike little heavy but well worth it

This is what I have found with this company also. They go the extra mile to make things right. They have the odd problem but do take care of it..enjoy... :) 👍

Yeah they definitely go the extra mile to make sure that the consumer is taken care of no matter the cause i really appreciate there customer service 100 percent satisfied how they are handle the situation even though it is frustrating nothing is perfect but glad they are taking care of it
