Lectric XP, but no battery?

Hello again,

The Lectric arrived yesterday. But no battery. Anyone else who had their’s delivered this week have experienced the same? I’ve already contacted Lectric and awaiting word from them.

I just received a reply from Lectric:

Due to restrictions and port congestion, we recently shipped bikes without their battery. We are currently sending all batteries at the same time. I apologize it did not arrive at the same time as the bike!

Your battery is under the FedEx tracking number ######## and you can track that here! It is expected to deliver today by the end of the day!

register for fedex app and you should be able to see the battery shipping seperately. because some inventory was flown in, battery could not accompany the bike. we had one arrive with battery coming a few days later.

use fedex to track any shipments to you, even ones Lectric has not sent out an email about.
