Has anyone reboxed a trike for return to Lectric?
I am trying to get it shipped out tomorrow. Seems to be a headache. I have it done. Waiting for Lectric's approval to ship.
Any pointers?
Thanks, Steve

Let us know the outcome. Luckily I've never had to return a DTC ebike. Why the reason for return may I ask?

Lectric is known for a high level of customer service. It is extremely rare that they can't resolve issues. It will take take patience on your part because the back and forth communication between yourself and them and their own internal discussions to iron out the problem. It may take a little trial and error, shipping some parts as they trouble shoot but they will get it resolved I'm sure.

Finally got my wife's trike off to Lectric.
I had 31 emails in my inbox associated with the return. Lectric sent the return box to me. So emails were from FedEx, Lectric notice of email received, and emails from 4 different customer service people. Some emails were bounced back and forth indicating what my responsibilities are. One email should have gone to someone else but included a return label for my package before I had the box for return delivered. The label was expired before I could use.
Lectric has agreed to replace her trike due to bearing failure. I requested a build sheet so I could repair it myself.
It is out of warranty. They indicated that don't have any diagrams or instructions to R&R bearings.
One thing lead to another. Might get word this week about a replacement trike being shipped out.
I will update as needed. It will be the updated version of their trike.

Lectric has begun to ship a new trike to wife. Was told at one time, it would be a .2 trike, but no. It is the same as the one returned. Hopefully new and sans the bearing issue.
Looks to have a set of baskets. I was told to remove ours. So an extra set to go with the set left over from my XPeak purchase.
Updates to follow
