LECTRIC BIKE XP (WHITE)
I bought my ebike last September and recieved last November 2020. Since then after a month using it I encountered: (December) Display is not working (after 2 weeks, they lectric sent me a new one); and then (January) brake started to slip off, I fell one the bike since I dont have the brake working, I need to jump off the bike anyway the brake is already fixed); and now, (1 week after) when walk mode is not working, pedal assist and throttle are also not working. I already email ng CS of lectric but they dont have any response yet. Do anyone know what should I do?
