LCD battery indicator always indicates fully charged battery Bafang C695

I got an e-bike about a month ago and the battery indicator had been working just fine. Now it always reads and indicates that the battery is fully charged. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Bafang C965 for the middrive motor? Maybe the logic is stuck. Try disconnecting the battery and then reconnect. If that doesn't work, guess you have to look at your warranty.
