Lankeleisi T750

Hi all. New member here. I'm Andy from England.
I have had the lankeleisi T750 for about 3 month and only been on it a handful of times.
I charged it up and it says fully charged.
My problem is that when I push and hold the start button the screen comes up and shows 100% charged but when inlet go of the button the screen turns off again.
Any help would be appreciated as I'm new to e bikes. I've checked all the leads and they're all good. The bike is practically brand new.

Hi,
I bought my Cyrusher Lankeleisi T750 3 years ago (sold it a couple of months ago) and soon had issues with a controller failure.
I emailed Cyrusher's customer service then and sent them the pics. They sent me a new controller.
