Pretty disappointng to see how some carriers handle people's expensive items. Glad it turned out ok. Hopefully your wife's bike will fare better.

As I'm looking at the UPS tracking it's got 15 scans so far lol and a couple more to go before it's out for delivery...

I really wish mine was in a TV box instead of the soul saber box that it came in...

My wife's bike got here today and she said the UPS man was careful with it and said we were careful with it this time!? As if they knew they weren't last time. Then he said "we" were wondering (as in other employees) why this TV monitor was so heavy? And my wife said it's my bike....
Good on soul fast for putting them in TV boxes as this one was completely perfect intact with no holes or anything...
