No Ebike is perfect, this is a thread dedicated to sharing known issues or problems with electric bikes from Fiido as well as any help and solutions you know of. Sometimes that means a DIY fix and other times it can mean a recall, software update, or part replacement by a dealer.

Hello, just got a Fiido M21. It has ABS on the front. Can't understand how it can work with cable brakes but anyhow what I want to do is disable it as there is an annoying pulsing when using the front brake at all times and in allroad conditions at whatever speed. Has anyone any experience of this?

Hi, on the top of the right fork station there is a red control device with the marks ABS and arrows indicate +and -. I don't know what it is meant to be otherwise

I don’t know what brand the M21 fork is, but that is most likely a preload adjustment knob or lockout switch. ABS here stands for acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, which is a plastic.
