Kiox wireless/bluetooth connect with Ion Flare RT light

I want to know if its possible to connect and control Ion Flare RT light from Kiox "light" button? If its possible, how can I do that?

no it does not have ANT+ connection. you need a garmin or such GPS to connect them.
