A custom steel frame with dual reduction.
I wanted something lighter than the hub motor bike but didn’t want to lose torque or get louder.


83100 motor 69x50 stator with custom hub that fits big bearings and wound to 45kv

K2 26650 lifepo4 3800 cells. 24s3p 87.5v max charge potted in 60D duro polyurethane

Flipsky 75100 esc

Two way throttle and “fixed” with the motor for regen braking.

Custom freewheel for freewheeling cranks and custom spider to attach 144bcd chainrings to standard track hub

Clean but scary. Lacks range of pedalability but I'm sure it is just what you want, you built it. Nice job on the frame build.

Can be pedaled but no point with the 52x21 gear. Probably what u mean. More a motorcycle than ebike.
