Jupiter Discovery X7 Controller settings

I am trying to find a technical manual or other documentation for the controller on the Jupiter Discovery X7. The pedal assist "pulses" on and off and I want to see if there is a way to correct it. Any help is much appreciated.

I am just discovering the Jupiter Discovery bikes. I like that frame very much, and they seem to be lighter than other foldables.
How do you like the bike?
