Juiced nonresponse on warranty claim

Hyper scorpion ten months old with surging and shut off problems:. I have checked all the usual culprits, battery and loose connections.

I suspect a bad controller. I reached out to Juice email with no response after two weeks, except for the automated response. Any suggestions on elevating this?
 
Seems like other folks have gotten a better response by contacting the sales team rather than the support team.
