• Graduate with a BSc or business degree in marketing
• already in Atlantic Canada or willing to relocate to Halifax, NS
• Must have Canadian permanent residency or citizenship
• Have an interest in clean energy technologies (electric vehicles, fuel cells, sustainable energy/ solar/wind/geothermal etc.)
• The candidate will be involved in creating digital marketing content (text, video, podcast) to educate the E-bike market
• Expertise in SEO and CRM would be very valuable.
• Willingness to work hard and be a productive member of the team. Equity or stock options are available after year 1.

• Compensation of $60K CAD for year one (2021-2022) and is expected to increase every year as the candidate learns the ropes and becomes effective in their role.

Since you don't know all the details and I am putting it out there for those reading this thread.

The position is jointly funded by us and the Canadian Govt. This is to empower female youth graduates in the engineering tech/engineering marketing sector. There is very little presence of female professionals in these areas and we want to create opportunities for them. Most car or EV companies are run by men (except for Gwenn Shotwell of SpaceX, we don't find female professionals at the higher level). Our effort is to empower female graduates so they can lead electric mobility companies in the future.

As the father of a female engineer, I applaud that effort! It’s just that in my entire corporate professional life I NEVER saw a job ad for any corporation that listed an age or sex requirement.
