iZip E3 Dash - no display

Bike sat for long time (1yr?) unused...replaced control pad, charged battery, but no display nor indication bike is powered up. Any ideas on what to try? Thx!

Did you measure the voltage of the battery? If it went below the cell minimum while stored, you may have bricked the battery.

Great question - the original battery is in fact having trouble getting past three bars, so I borrowed an identical battery from a friend who had same bike. That battery hits full charge, and behavior was identical. Wondering where else I can check for how far the electricity is getting....
