Hello R&M Community. Wondering if anyone has had this issue. I own a 2019 Multicharger with the Supernova E3 Front light. Lately, when I turn the bike on, the light starts out shining brightly, but after a few seconds dulls to a less bright purple colour. Anyone know what might cause this? Alternatively, has anyone had success in getting Supernova warranty? I'm in Canada and have contacted the shop I purchased the bike from to see their recommendations but I find getting additional info helps to move the issue along quicker.
