I have a 2019 Reaction Pro 500 with only 250 km.
I noticed that if I move the pedals backwards or go back and forth a sound is present as some part inside comes to rest against another.
The pedals going backwards can only go a little bit before they stop and produce this hitting sound.I think I am referring here to play in the pedals.
No noises from the drivetrain when riding .Love the bike.
