Is Ortlieb Pannier QR System Compatible With Major Bike Brands?

Hi,

After I have bought my e-bike (Giant Explore E+ 1 or Specialized Turbo Vado 4, not sure yet), I plan to buy Ortlieb back panniers. It's not clear whether bike racks are compatible with the Ortlieb QR system. What do I have to check in the bike specifications exactly to be sure? Thank you!

Ortlieb QL2.1 system is compatible with most of racks. The only exception I am aware of is the rack of Vado SL (but you are not buying an SL).
