Much from a new OMNI when owners of new or late model bikes cannot even get Stromer to answer phone(Stromer usa), or do anything for people who stepped up by buying the expensive bike(Stromer company) And now are stuck with it and no support?

No.

These years, when I called the engineers personally and brought my Stromer to the company for modification are over. Today, the single point of contact is the direct contract partner, the bike store. I know, this is also annoying for some people here in Europe, but it's the case. Especially in Germany, where skilled Stromer mechanics are rare, the consumers have a hard life. However, they have stromerforum.ch and we help whenever possible. And the more active dutch community might also help.

I know, that's not what you're looking for - but the USA is a great country with a remarkable president, who visited Switzerland a few days ago tho held an important speech. So I hope for you, you'll find a solution.
