International shipping?

I’m based in Europe, I’ve had a few conversations with Juiced Support about shipping here, but get different answers from their support depending on who has answered my query.

Has anyone else ordered from in Europe?

I've heard that shipping batteries is a problem for single-bike shipping--anyone know for sure??
BTW, so may awesome bikes in Europe--why import one? (Just curious! :))

Mainly just that I’m after the following:
Rear hub motor
Speed pedelec 28mph
Around 1000wh battery

And only Stromer and Juiced seem to have that

The battery capacity itself doesn't tell the whole story.

Juiced and Stromer need high capacity battery because of hub drive.
Hub drive, by its nature, requires a lot of energy due to its mechanical / physical disadvantage.

Mid drive on the other hand, is very efficient. That's why they don't need big battery to run long distance.
Did you actually compare the spec sheet? Mid drive ebikes tend to run long distance despite having small/compact battery.

Also why do you want a hub drive?
I ride Juiced myself, because the price was good and those Yamaha, Bosch or Shimano mid drive systems are typically very expensive.

If you don't like EU restriction of 25km/h (15mph), you can get it unlocked https://www.ebiketuning.com/
Here's a video of unrestricted mid drive ebike.
In my experience the mid drives use up quite a bit more of the battery when compared to rear hub motors. Most of the mid drives only have around a 500wh battery which is nowhere near enough for the riding I like t9 do. Only stromer, juiced and Riese and Müller seem to make bikes with large enough batteries

Hi rexel1. I am in Europe also and I want to sell my new Crosscurrent S (650w, red, size L, with 48v 19.2ah battery) because the mission I bought it for (commuting 27km to work) disappeared due to now working very close to home. Might save you a lot of money. If interested contact me and we can discuss.

Lol please post a source showing mid drives are 2+ times more efficient.

I average 9 wh/mile on my Juiced, mostly but not only Eco, some 1 and 2 and hills.
