"Fragging" is correct. "Frag" contains the short "a" and hard "g" sounds. In order to preserve the correct pronunciation, you must double the "g" before adding "ing". Inserting an "e" will change the "a" to a long "a" pronunciation, and change the "g" from hard to soft

It seems very likely that high ranking foreign military people are stuck in the steel factory. That Russia is not simply blowing it up would indicate that they want the valuable preserved..perhaps they are deal-making with France over some foreign assets worth keeping alive.

For the US to impose itself as the world police, murdering rulers who its deems to be murderers, and installing governments it chooses, is not a great aim to have. Hillary is not a great statesperson. Hillary is not a great person.
