I need help

Hi... Im Chuck in Phoenix I bought a razor EcoSmart Metro Last Summer and it ran great I averaged about 12 MI and I start having problems with it and only went for 5 miles then I bought new batteries and it's still only went for miles and I bought a new razor charger now I'm getting three or four miles the low light comes on on the throttle and the scooter 12 volt batteries test 12.7 and 38 volts overall this is my third set of battery and my third charger counting the one that came with it and I'm baffle how can the batteries be full but the scooter shows low light and crawls. Charge it overnight and it runs great for 4 miles only

A scooter is not an e-bike , but, hopefully someone can help you... Perhaps ask in the "Non e-bike" discussion thread?

Electrically probably very similar but finding someone with experience with this brand is more likely in a different thread or a scooter specific forum.

Welcome to the forum and i`m sorry for derailing your tread, hopefully someone knowledgeable will chime in to help you out.

This does qualify as an ebike
