Hub motor issue

Need to find bike shop that will open hub motor. Loose nut or something sounds like roulette wheel. In Rochester ny. Will drive or mail to dealer. Please help.

What brand of motor? Geared hub? Describe the circumstances...curious that's all

It may actually be the bearings in the gear cluster....
