How to remove speed limiter on my Amazon bike?

I just found something , I pressed plus and minus to get into special menu . Then I pressed minus and power button and it brought me to new screen called C and underneath was 0000. I could change the value of the 4 digit number to anything. Why was it at 0000? Is it safe to change it? I wondered maybe the value is meaningless unless it is changed. I am worried to change it. If it is speed setting that is sort of ridiculous , as if it gives option to change speed to 9999 km/h.

On my ebike pressing +/- together allows entry to advanced settings. First, though, is the 4 digit password. Default original password is usually found in owners manual.

0,0,0,0 Is the most typical display default password. Others are 1,2,3,4. And, 1,9,1,9 on displays without a zero because 1 and 9 are one digit away Up and Down. On some displays after you get into the basic menus, you can go into the advanced.
