How to bypass throttle on/off switch

I'm interested in finding out how to bypass the throttle on/off switch on my 2020 Voltbike Yukon 750. Can someone help me with a solution? Wiring diagram from Voltbike attached.

Haha, actually... the on/off button was broken when I received the bike and is not working so this was a temporary question. I finally got a hold of Voltbike a week later and they are shipping me a new throttle.
