How many volts should I set my charger to charge to 70%?

I have a 52v 17.5ah lithium battery for my ebike and I have a cycle satiator and I have an extra battery that I want to put away for storage so I read charging to 70% is best. These are my current settings for charging to 85%. What do I need to change to charge it to 70%?
