I have been using a Hollywood Destination e rack for about a year now. I am very happy with it with one exception. The knobs on the frame grabbers can work themselves loose and fall off when the rack is mounted but not in use. To be fair, there is a cartoon in the manual showing that the knobs should be tightened down when idle.
As a time saver and to make mine idiot-proof, I have drilled holes near the end of each rod and added a bit of safety wire. There is enough clearance inside the hole in the knob to make that work. Alternatively, I think a bit of heat shrink tubing on the ends of the rods would also work fine.
