Himiway, will they ever arrive?

Himiway isn't a scam. I recieved my Himiway about a month ago and am having a good time on the bike. I left a review on the Himiway website that isn't bogus but I can understand where you are coming from. I also have a review posted in the Himiway section on this forum detailing my experience. They are a new e-bike company and have small crew at the moment. You'll have to leave messages on the phone for them to get back to you with any concerns you have. They're not going to give you big bike company response times but they will get back to you within a day.

Your post is pretty vague in details. Hope it works out for you. If you have further questions about my experience then let me know.

Their web site says they're taking preorders now. They have an EBR review and several online videos. Maybe their supply chain has been cutoff in the pandemic? The phone being turned off is never good. Regardless, you do deserve your order. Hope your cc company comes through for you.

So I am hoping I didn’t get scammed either, but when I look up the address of where (if I had to) return my bike for a refund or exchange, it shows up on google maps as this house. I am kinda getting sick to my stomach.......fingers crossed I get my Himiway in June.

My 2 bikes showed up in perfect condition. I think yours will too. I talked and emailed them several times. They always answered or replied. Fed Ex was extra slow. Good luck! The bikes are awesome!

FYI if you want to change the speed limit, the code is 0510 to access it. Puts a bigger smile on your face 👍
Thanks, yeah for some reason I received an email on that from their customer service, it included a video as well showing how to do it.

Must be very small and/or semi-official import business. Running out of their home. Reminds me of cleaning/janitor "companies" where the phone number is the owner's residence and so is the address, crew paid in cash.
