Himiway vs. Radrunner Plus?

I am looking to buy an eBike and I think I have it narrowed down to these two. I am about 5’5” tall and weigh about 270 pounds. I like the fact that the RadRunner Plus has the smaller tires but the Himiway is more versatile. I would love input!

It’s got a more powerful motor and higher weight capacity. Wider tires can be taken off-road.

So I'm left wondering here. Why are we comparing the Hemiway with a RadRunner? Shouldn't we be comparing a bike like the Hemiway with the Rad ROVER? That seems like a much better/closer comparison, or maybe I'm missing something?

I weigh 270. The radrover tops out at 275, the radrunner at 300, the Himiway at 330

I would not get too hung up on stated weight capacities. It is a legal thing to be very conservative with the capacity for warranty and lawsuit reasons. I have seen many big people riding racing bikes. I work on old bikes every day and have never seen a frame break from overloading in 40+ years. It is more about the wheels breaking spokes over time than anything else.

Fatter tired bikes with heavier duty wheels should be no problem.

Agree, don't get hung up on weight ratings. I'm 315 and have had no issues in nearly 3 years/2000 miles on a Rad City rated at 265 i think!
