Highly visible night-time helmet with visor

I few months ago I bought a Lumos Kickstarter helmet for night-time visibility, meaning making me visible to cars. I love it. The only problem, and it is a big problem, is that it has no visor and I find myself frequently being blinded by sunlight while riding during the day. Sunglasses help the problem a little, but the sun can still be way too bright. I have $20 bike helmet with a visor and I don't have the problem. Can someone who knows lots about bike helmets suggest a highly visible, lighted helmet that has a (optional) visor? The Lumos Ultra would be a possibility but they are sold out of the visors. I also investigated helmet add-on visors such as da brim. Those won't work with the Lumos Kickstarter due to the shape of the Kickstarter. Thanks for any help!

Nutcase Vio MIPS Bike Helmet. Available in various colors. 360 degree lighting. Note: They state the front white light is 200 Lumens. It is visible but not 200L. Visor is removable.

I was looking at this a few minutes ago.

I will keep looking to see what other orange high visibility helmets are out there.

It looks like MIPS does offer more protection.

I added a visor like this https://amzn.to/3PHNx13 to my Abus pedelec 2.0 helmet, for both sunshade and also to keep light mist/rain off my glasses. (You know, when it isn't raining hard enough to keep you from riding but you have to keep stopping to wipe the rain off your glasses. So annoying!)

I think I have a big a$$ head, because I always have a tough time finding a hat or cap to fit me, let alone a bike helmet. I was happy to find one that fit well after test fitting at a few stores, so I guess I feel beggars can’t be choosers in my case.

Since my helmet cannot accept a face visor (it does have a nice light in the back, though!), I had opted to just wear sunglasses. In all honesty, I feel that it is for eye protection more than sun blockage…..with the higher general speeds associated with ebiking, I kept getting things blowing into my eyes.

The issue I had, as mentioned by the post above, is dealing with poor light conditions such as biking home from work if getting out late.

I ordered a pair of the photochromic bike glasses on Amazon, which only darken in sun (supposedly), but when they arrived and I put them on, the style looked goofy as hell. They’re being sent back, and I’ll have to try finding a store where I can try some on.

I like the idea of a half face visor if it worked with my helmet…..it would help protect from UV as I hate the feeling of greasy sunblock on my face.
