Hi, I'm Peter, 70 years old and I live in the Netherlands. My wife (66) and I like to cycle in the Netherlands , Belgium and Gemany.
Now and then my wife goes camping with a bike trailer. Last year, as it got harder for her, she bought an e-bike.
I decided to join her but went for a Bafang conversion kit. In the back of my mind the possibility to fine-tune the bike.
However that turned out not to be that straight forward as it looked and with that it raised some questions.
Questions I will put in an other message.
We both don't go just for speed, we like some support with slopes and headwind.
And for my wife: support with her trailer, special this year as she is camping with a bike 'caravan' as in this picture.

Yes, it's big enough. At the back there's a 1 burner stove with 2 pans and cutlery and a small cooler bag.
A small folding chair is stored under the van, just in front of the wheel.

That's a good solution to make the van smaller during your travel.
