Hi my name is Julie. My dad and I have 4 of the Ford Think bikes. 2 each of the Fun bike and the Traveler bike models. Currently only one of the electric pedal assist bikes works. Batteries are new, self test does complete correctly but 3 of the bikes won’t work. You can pedal the bike manually but no power assist. We are located in southeast Michigan. Does anyone have any knowledge about these bikes or anyone/anywhere who will service them? The original purchase location won’t service them. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
