HELP Stromer ST1 with TMM error message (Torque sensor)

It seems the error message indicates a problem with the torque sensor. I want to describe how the problem started. One day, I turned on the bike and didn't show the charge of the battery in the display, only an empty gost battery. I measure the voltage and found out that the battery was fully charged. I took out the battery door and disconnected and connected all the cables that are in the battery compartment. After disconnecting and conecting again the thickest cable the full charge of the battery was shown in the display. However, an error message was shown: TMM. After some reading of the EBR forum, it seems is an error of the torque sensor. I called Stromer and they told me to plug and unplug three cables that come out from the back wheel. I did this several times but it did not solve the problem. As the closest stromer dealer/service seems to be 150 miles from my place, I am writing in case somebody knows how to solve the problem. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks. CHP
