I've planted Roma tomatoes for sauce for many years, but now I've heard San Marzonos might be a better choice. Any thoughts?

San Marzano is a region, not a variety... Kinda like Champaign.
Somewhat off topic... I have this rash that looks like overcooked sauce, could it be caused by sawdust?
