Help! My bike doesn't work!

I finished assembling everything today. Charged the battery, connected all the wires.... And nothing. It doesn't turn on, it doesn't go. There are a couple wires not connected to anything, but I don't see anything for them to connect to. This kit came with no instructions, and the website only gives a video that is nearly impossible to follow.

I got the display to turn on, it says the battery is 100%, and I can turn the pedal assist up and down between 0 and 5, but the pedal assist does not do anything and the throttle doesn't work to make it go.

The motor wasn't plugged in all the way.
