HELP -- have two ODKs and the batteries are dead!

Just a bummer because one of them has (had!) the 80 miles battery so I spent a lot on it! Juiced says they can't get replacement batteries from CHina so now I have two useless e-bikes and I miss them!!! ANy help is so appreciated!

My guess is you have some other kind of issue if one bike only had 80 miles. The cheap chargers are a very common failure. You'll need to do some troubleshooting with a multimeter to determine if the charger is bad, and what the voltage level is in the batteries now. Not just bars on a display, but actually voltage.

Yeah, I think it's probably something other than the batteries too, from what little you've shared. It would be highly unusual for two batteries to go bad a the same time.

Check all of your connections; maybe brush contacts with a tiny bit of dielectric grease and an old toothbrush.
