Help getting a DLG battery for fatbike

I have a Silverback S-Electro fat bike and am looking for a replacement battery. The manufacturer is telling me that they don't sell them and that I should ask DLG directly. I have tried to make numerous attempts to contact them by email in China with no response.
They show the battery on their website, ita called DLG F&F 2 battery (model D3611D).
Just asking if anyone knows where I could buy this battery or If there is an alternative one that would fit?

Hi mate,
I have an S Electro Fat too & I'm having intermittent power problems so a new battery may be on the cards for me once I determine where the problem lies. What were the symptoms that you had?
If I need a new battery & can't get the DLG I'll get a similar powered one online & whack that on. Let me know if you've sourced one....also if you want any advice on changing the motor at any time l've done mine so just get in touch.

Looking into getting a new battery for my silverback s electro .ight be best to source it from where you bought the bike . Is it possible to get a totaly different battery , for example a 36v 20amh battery from somewhere else if not possible oder from DLG website
