Hello to all and I hope you are having a good day. I am seeking help for my 2016 Specialized Turbo. I live in a very hilly area outside of Phoenix, AZ

First, my joystick stays on the battery percent and will not move to the odometer or anything else? Secondly, my battery stops functioning at about 26% and I lose power? I believe my battery cells are dying, but not sure? A new battery is about $1,000, very expensive. Any feedback would be much appreciated. FYI: I ride 5,000 to 6,000 miles/year And am the original owner of the bike.

Welcome to the site.
An accurate DVM can help you read the actual voltage of the battery out the charge port, usually. I recommend this model https://www.newark.com/tenma/72-13440/dmm-handheld-manual-2000-count/dp/52AC3273 from a vendor that ships me no trash. They charge freight, I recommend USPS for individuals to avoid the residence surcharge.
The tables of battery voltage to % charge can be downloaded from lunabikes.com
You click on a battery of yours nominal voltage, then there is a link to their charge table.
Usually controllers stop the motor at 10% charge. I found my display from ebikeling to be wildly inaccurate.

Mike....thanks, but I gave FTP my battery and they said they could not fix it. Something about the “power grid”? I forget the term they used, which pushes the power to the motor.

Thanks again...Tommy T
