Hello from Powell River Bc Canada, eh. 2018 Surface 604 Rook

I just had a thought.. I must have bought my 2018 Rook March 18, because I’m a rookie. To Ebikes that is.
I used to ride a lot and actually rode my 10 speed from Victoria Bc to Tijuana solo when I was 16. I only had my new bike for 3 weeks when I was nice and moved over for a Semi and hit soft gravel on edge of pavement at 32 K/h and broke collarbone (surgery done April 27), and 4 ribs. During recovery I have watched so many YouTube videos, and found EBR to be the best for my Surface 604, and more. I’m learning everything I can to care for and ride my bike. Hope to be riding again by July .
PS. I’m 59 and excited to be riding again as I am on disability due to spinal fusing (D.I.S.H).

Just read Davey Do’s post. Never thought of naming my bike. So his name is “Clav”, as per our first 3 weeks of riding. I was a Chiropractor for 21 years, and had to change due to spine fusing, and then a Hearing Aid Practitioner for 10 years.
