Just took delivery of a Aventon Aventure step thru. Only one problem so far, the front zoom shocks are locked up.
Will not release, back to shop and waiting to hear if they can repair or replace. Anyone else experience this problem?

Yes, on the right fork. Tech turned and still no release.

Yes. You can view my posts. I just got it back today. After Archer’s bike in Mesa , AZ, put me through hell, and I threatened them with disputing the charges, they finally took it apart and found that it had no oil inside! I guess it never did, because it works fine now. Why I had to bring it back three times and threaten to get my money back before they finally agreed to fix it, I don’t know. You are probably having the same issue, assuming you don’t have the lockout in. Make them fix it.
