Hi I got my first 16 inch fixie at age 5, (a very very long time ago) have been riding nearly daily ever since. By age 8 I developed a passion for, tuning repairing and modifying my bikes. In 2016 I got my first ebike, for the long work commute. A mid drive 250w 36v Bafang attached to an un named Chinese hard tailed mountain bike/ commuter (A friend who is knowledgeable on Chinese culture said it was a “Flying Duck” bike) While continuing my passion for general maintenance of the bike I have not been confident to delve into the ebike maintenance. Now I am retired with plenty of time I am ready to dive into the challenge. Checked out your forum and thought I would like to join in. Love the respect, knowledge and passion from contributors.
