Hello Folks! I need to raise the diameter of the steering tube of my 70's Three Speed Raleigh Sport.
The crown race spins around it.
I know that the Steintool works on it but I don't want to pay $150 for one time use.
Do bike shops do it?
Is there something cheaper I can do it with? (I see cheap ones on Amazon but they don't get all the way down on the steering tube.)
I know you can use a chisel but I am afraid to screw it up that way.
Any ideas, suggestions are welcome!
