Hello Everyone

Hello everyone, it's Daniel, I arrived here because I like ebikes so much, I started appreciating them a lot since it has helped me a lot with the impact of the hills on my knees. It started being a need and has turned into a hobby

Welcome aboard! Knee-induced ebiking is a very common theme around here.

My knees tolerate pedaling up our many hills ONLY if I keep cadence above 75 rpm or so — preferably 85-95 rpm. At 78, my lightweight mid-drive makes makes that possible with just 240W of peak motor power and the right gearing.

This works because the usual goal on rides is to come home sweaty but not dead.
