.I dont know where you would find one either in all fairness but after reading the article, it seems you might want to contact the BMW organisation if you really want one.
Otherwise, I think you would do very well with one of the Haibikes, Xduro if you want Bosch equipment. There are other German e-bikes available in USA and I would not know where to start making comparisons.
Personally I have a Haibike Sduro with the Yamaha motor, and I find the design and build quality very good and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
